The location is amazing, close to the parks, stores and restaurants. The main pool is also very nice and well maintained. They have a Starbucks inside the hotel which is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast. In general, the hotel was clean and staff was nice.

We had an exceptional 10 days stay at the hotel. The personnel went above and beyond our expectations! The hotel is clean, has a lot of amenities. The pool is great, clean and has a nice sundeck. We also used the gym which has nice equipment, the free towels were a great plus! The shuttle buses to the WDW resort and to Universal are really convenient, easy to get food delivered as well. The room was cleaned every day, the cleaning staff was really nice too! Honestly, I would come back again if there's a chance!

The friendliness of the staff. The supportiveness of everyone when the hall AC was out. The location of all three Marriott properties and our access to their amenities was amazing. The ease of access to the surrounding events.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and considerate. The indoor pool area is good. The grounds are pretty nicely kept. The hotel was really quiet, considering the national high school cheer competition was this weekend.

Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding properties. Marta and the new employee she trained made me feel wonderful. The food in the food hall was expensive. But the chicken bacon ranch flat pizza a must try along with the hot mess wings. Employees like Marta are a jewel and should not be overlooked. Also never had frys so good. I didn't need ketchup.

We really enjoyed the accommodations. We enjoyed the five dollar voucher for the free coffee every day. Housekeeping was amazing!!! They made our bed every day and give us clean towels for seven days. They made my daughters bed with her Disney animals on it. It was adorable. The pools were very beautiful and they were the right temperature. The sauna hot tub was very enjoyable. It was nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave for the week. The shower temperature was hot and effective. The balcony was a bonus.

we loved everything about this property! we got the king size room it was HUGE we were pleasantly surprised as we stay in Orlando area a lot and it was much bigger than other standard room. the bed was super comfy. location is absolutely perfect and I love all the amenities. this is definitely going to be our new go to place for long weekends. I highly recommend it!!
